課程概述 |
Economics studies how people make choices. |
課程目標 |
This course is designed to provide a framework for understanding the behaviors of market participants (consumers, producers, competitors, etc.) with whom firms interacts. |
課程要求 |
The grading of this course will depend on class participation (10%), two homework (12.5%), two cases (12.5%), a term project (15%), and two exams (mid-term and final, 25% each). The cases and term project are group-based. Please form a group of four to five people and email your group member list to the TA by 9/30. For the term project, each group needs to prepare an analysis for an industry of your choice. Each group has to present it and submit the report at the assignment area of the CEIBA website on 1/4. Other details of the homework assignment, cases, and projects will be announced later in the course. |
